Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Muslim Keep application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Muslim Keep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Muslim Keep is an Islamic companion app that provides prayer time calculations, Qibla direction, prayer guides, dua and dhikr collections, fasting tracking, and related features to help Muslims maintain their daily worship.

3. Religious content disclaimer

Muslim Keep is a reference tool designed to assist with daily Islamic worship. It is not a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarship, religious education, or consultation with knowledgeable scholars.

• The app provides prayer guides, duas, and adhkar sourced from the Quran and authentic hadith collections for informational and reference purposes.
• Users should consult qualified Islamic scholars for religious rulings (fatawa), matters of jurisprudence (fiqh), and any questions about Islamic practice.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of religious content, but we do not guarantee that all content is free from error.

4. Prayer time calculations

Prayer times displayed in Muslim Keep are mathematically calculated based on your location, selected calculation method, and astronomical algorithms. These times:

• May differ from times announced by your local mosque or Islamic center.
• May vary depending on which calculation method you select.
• Should be used as a guide; your local mosque or Islamic authority is the definitive source for prayer times in your area.
• May be less precise in extreme latitudes where standard calculation methods have known limitations. High-latitude adjustment options are provided for these regions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculated prayer times for any specific location or date.

5. Quranic text and hadith

Quranic text and hadith referenced in the app are from the public domain. The Quran is the word of Allah and is not subject to copyright. Hadith texts from classical collections (Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawud, Jami' at-Tirmidhi, Sunan an-Nasa'i, Sunan Ibn Majah, and others) are in the public domain.

Translations, transliterations, and editorial arrangements within the app are provided for educational and devotional use.

6. Subscriptions

6.1 Premium features. Certain features of Muslim Keep require a paid subscription ("Premium"). These include App Lock, Fasting Tracker (advanced), Analytics & Garden, Prayer Rescue, Auto-pause at adhan, Prayer Focus Mode, and iCloud Sync.

6.2 Billing. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.

6.3 Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription rate.

6.4 Managing subscriptions. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6.5 Free trial. If a free trial is offered, the trial period begins when you confirm the subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

6.6 Lifetime purchase. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase that grants access to all current and future Premium features for the lifetime of the app on your account. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

7. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Not use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.

8. Intellectual property

The app's design, code, visual assets, and non-public-domain content are the intellectual property of Muslim Keep and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Muslim Keep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
• We are not liable for any spiritual, religious, or personal consequences arising from reliance on the app's content, prayer time calculations, or Qibla direction.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muslim Keep, its developers, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
